Most UK cookie banners were never built for PECR. The ones we build are.
Websites and web apps for British businesses: built to follow the UK GDPR, the cookie and marketing rules (PECR), and the standards that keep a site usable for disabled visitors. Secured by a team that breaks into systems for a living, from London to Manchester, Birmingham and beyond.
Built for the United Kingdom
Your website is where personal details come in: every enquiry form, checkout, login and tracking tag collects something about a real person. In the UK that means the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, plus PECR for cookies and marketing, rewritten by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, which since 5 February 2026 has let statistics-only analytics run without consent on conditions, while advertising still needs it. It also means a site disabled visitors can actually use: the Equality Act 2010 names no technical standard, so we build to WCAG. We get all of that right from the first line of code, so nothing has to be torn up later.

How We Engage
Discover
We agree the goals, the audience and the must-haves, and how someone might attack it.
Design
We make it look right, feel quick, and work properly on a phone.
Build
We build it with the security checks running on every change.
Launch
We try to break in, fix what we find, put it live, and keep watching.
We use AI to move faster on the build and the words. Then we attack the result the same way we would attack any client's site, so what we hand over has already survived us.
Human-led, AI-accelerated: every finding is validated by a certified expert.Frequently Asked Questions
How do you handle UK GDPR and PECR when you build my site?
We shape how your site collects, stores and tracks data around the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR from the first line of code, including the PECR changes the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 brought in on 5 February 2026. In plain terms: we collect only what you have a lawful reason to collect, we keep it no longer than needed, and no advertising or marketing cookie runs until the visitor agrees.
What does your cookie consent banner do?
It holds advertising and personalisation cookies until the visitor makes a clear, specific and informed choice, with no pre-ticked boxes. Since 5 February 2026 the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 has carved out analytics used only to count how a site is used and improve it, so we can run those without a consent prompt, provided we explain them and give a simple, free way to object. Reject all stays as easy to find and click as Accept all, and ad tags only fire once someone has agreed.
How accessible will you build my website?
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA as a baseline: the widely used standard that makes a site work for people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, or need strong colour contrast. The Equality Act 2010 names no technical standard, so this is a benchmark, not a statutory tick-box. Public bodies have to clear WCAG 2.2 AA under PSBAR; we build to that scope and write the accessibility statement too.
Where will my data and website be hosted?
In UK or EU data regions, so your site sits close to your audience and your data governance stays simple. That keeps the site quick for British visitors, helps your page-speed scores (Core Web Vitals), and keeps personal data where your transfer story is short to write and easy to evidence.
How is pricing structured, and where in the UK do you work?
We quote and invoice in GBP with a fixed, clearly written scope: no surprise currency conversions. We work with businesses right across the United Kingdom, from London and Manchester to Birmingham, Edinburgh and beyond, remotely and on site where it helps.
